Kameleon's aim is to help achieve organisational and individual change by enabling companies and people to adapt to what is now and will continue to be a changing world.
Kameleon Solutions is an Occupational Psychology Firm. It works in partnership with a selection of key associates who are chartered psychologists and all of whom have worked in business, and have broad consultancy experience. The Firm also has a number of strategic alliances with consultancies from other domains.
The work Kameleon Solutions does is underpinned by a commitment to the professional and ethical standards laid down by the British Psychological Society.

Our mission is to add value to organisations and individuals by providing advice and solutions that address their specific needs. This is underpinned by a commitment to establish positive relationships with the people who ask us to work with them.

Our expertise has been gained working throughout the UK and internationally. We have extensive experience of working with large 'blue-chip' organisations across a wide range of sectors; legal and accountancy partnerships; SMEs; NHS and with other public sector organisations.
